He has tried numerous bench trials and jury trials to guilty verdicts including robbery, escape, sexual misconduct with a minor, and a multi-count child molesting case where the defendant was found guilty on all counts. In which the defendant was sentenced to 110-year at the Department of Corrections, one of the longest sentences imposed by a Henry County Court. His experience in this role has equipped him with the skills necessary to prosecute cases effectively while maintaining a commitment to justice.

  • Civil Attorney: Jeremy over the past twenty years has provided representation for clients in bankruptcies, family law, and other general legal matters including representation of government boards such as the Henry County Solid Waste District. Jeremy graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science. He then attended law school at Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
