Jeremy S. Bell believes in leadership grounded in integrity, fairness, and service. With over 20 years as a Deputy Prosecutor, he is committed to protecting families, seeking justice, and putting Henry County first.

Proven, Tested Prosecutor
I have tried numerous bench trials and jury trials to guilty verdicts including robbery, escape, sexual misconduct with a minor, and a multi-count child molesting case where the defendant was found guilty on all counts. I argued for the maximum sentence and the Court imposed a 110-year sentence to the Department of Corrections, one of the longest sentences imposed by a Henry County Court.
Building Strong Partnerships with Law Enforcement
I have worked closely with law enforcement, community leaders, and local organizations to make Henry County safer and stronger. That experience has shown me what works, what doesn’t, and how we can deliver real justice with real accountability for every resident.
Holding Dealers Accountable and Supporting Recovery
I will continue to support the Henry County Drug Court and Veterans Court. For offenders, these problem-solving courts hold them accountable for their crimes while also addressing substance abuse and mental health issues through voluntary treatment and supportive services. I will ensure that drug dealers and those who exploit these struggles are held fully accountable for their crimes.
Investing Time in Our Youth and Juvenile Justice
Jeremy will continue working with Juvenile Probation, local schools, and community partners to give at‑risk youth the support, structure, and second chances they need to succeed.
